I believe I have found a bug with the vigilante mod set bonus (and potentially other mod set bonuses). This is what my loadout looks like with a Chroma with 0 vigilante mods on, a Rubico Prime with 2 vigilante mods on, and a Kavat with 0 vigilante mods on.
