The ECT sensor OEM part number is 89422-35010. Also consider NTK ef0105 at rockauto.com for about $22 total in 2019. I've tried jumping, replacing with a good battery, and even used my OBDII to check the voltage. Still won't do anything. I checked every fuse under the hood, moved around relays to check if one was bad, and jiggled the shifter and moved the neutral to check the safety switch. Still nothing.

Simply place your foot on the gas pedal and hold it to the floor while cranking the engine over. If it was a new tank-but they reinstalled the same fuel pump from your old tank there could have been some "stuff" clogged in the innerworkings and it finally came out, down through the fuel line to your engine.
