Also, zombies do seem to like hitting windows so if you don't have a wall around your base, and you haven't cleared the area around it, prepare to replace them. You can only attach sheet curtains on the window's doors. The pick up tool won't work. Fancy curtains only match with actual real windows. You can take windows from houses using a crowbar and put them in that space, you can then board them up. However, make sure you put the barricades on the outside of the windows so zombies don't break the glass before the barricades. #10.
