I know the basics, eagle eyed expeneds your view to 180 degres from 160 I think and you can see further, and keen hearing lets you see a small 360 circle around you and you hear more sounds too.I don't think it's worth it imo, pretty sure it just brightens ur vision cone, if you have access to admin tools I suggest brightening night up on mp cause it gets boring fast with no sleep.
