Sara sword isn't the best strength training weapon anymore. Plus there are more people doing the Godwars dungeons, particular Sara boss with recent items that make it easier and quicker to kill her. Sara sword is still good and cheap for exp. but if your looking for top tier strength exp, your gonna be looking for staff of the dead, Abby dagger ...That being said I'm curious as to how much of the GWD gear is actually "needed" for higher end content and if at all which of the GWD bosses are worth just skipping entirely once I get to that stage on my Ironman. bandos is a max hit over elite void/torso setups. arma is +6 (top and legs) over dhide. arma/bandos are similar defensive wise ...When the blessed saradomin sword (BSS) was released, it was done so with this purpose: "After 10,000 hits with the blessed sword, the Saradomin sword is consumed and the player is left with the Saradomin's tear.
