Melinda was born to James and Lillian Neidel on July 26, 1960 in Independence Missouri. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Independence First Church of God in Ruby’s memory. Visitation will be Thursday, December, 21, 2017, 10am at Newcomers Noland Road Chapel with funeral service at 11am, burial to follow at Floral Hills Cemetery.
