As I noted in another reply, I did notice extended periods of lighter orange color (vs darker orange color) in nest energy history indicating a reduced level of output. Maybe that suggested the modulation probably worked to some degree even with my 24v theromostats (nest). I also asked chatGPT. Not sure if it is 100% reliable. But here it is.
