As of today at least, that roster only lists 2 models (40159,40160) of MKIV as being approved. My guess is these are the first 2 MKIV Ruger released and are the stainless models. Ruger has to submit guns for compliance testing to a "Mass. approved" company on a list and pay an application/review fee for each gun they want to sell there.Firearms A.
