Neither of those codes should stop the cruise control from working. The first one I believe is for the relay valve that applies the rear service brakes. It has a solenoid on top of it that the adaptive cruise control and traction control uses to apply the brakes. There is a connectivity problem or the solenoid has failed.2020 Kenworth T680. Looking under the Advanced ECM Doagnostics, 1939 fault codes it shows to be issue with the cruise control set/resume switch. We changed the set/resume switch but that didn't fix it.

I've read in a couple places that to go to basic cruise control you have to either 1)Hold the distance setting button, 2) Press and hold the distance button for one second, 3) Press and hold the main button. In any case, I am unable to stop the adaptive cruise control and just have the basic cruise ...You have to be moving (you cannot do it at a standstill, or using the touchscreen). Switch the system on by twisting the wheel (on the CC stalk) downwards. Get up to the speed you want. Push either the + or - buttons at the back of the stalk. Remove your foot from the throttle. You are now in ACC mode.If you put something in front of the radar, it will throw a code for "radar blocked or misaligned", then your cruise will not work. The only way to disable it from the truck is to unplug the radar, unplug the monitor on the dash, and change the paramater in the ECM (cummins) or the MCM (detroit) to no adaptive cruise control.
