I had a negative experience at A Personal Choice. On October 10, 2016. I was scheduled for a Essure Reversal Surgery. Surgery was never performed. I was not offered a chance to reschedule at a later date for a fee. The cost of the Essure Tubal Reversal fee is $7500.
