The long version: I'm a contemporary music composer and a programmer at the same time; I thought it would be interesting to attempt to "teach" a machine the basic rules of musical composition, as it applies in contemporary music.Start with an eighth note or rest, select it and press CTRL+3. You always need to start with a note or rest that has a duration equal to the total duration of the triplet.Method 2.
