I have just purchase 03 trx350 Honda Rancher .I was wondering what type of crankcase oil to used,when I change the oil.It has a manual transmission with foot shifter.I called the local honda shop and guess what they said to use their expensive oil.The capacity for oil is 3 quarts, however, you might need to add more or less depending on the condition of the engine. The filter on the oil must be changed every when you change the oil. The cost for changing the oil in the Honda Rancher 420 can vary depending on the mechanic you go to, but typically will cost between $50 and $60.
