Hi, My Dell XPS 13 is not turning on at all. I used it 2 days ago with no issue. It was turned off and unplugged. Today when I went to turn it on I had no response. I have tried holding the on button down for up to 30 seconds with both the charger plugged in and unplugged.Disconnect the battery.
