Slightly higher chance of skeleton recruit spawn there. Also Mud Town, I think- the one with the bar that Silvershade and the Doc spawn in sometimes. Have also found skeles in UC bars, Clownsteady and Wrold's End. Yeah i found two skeleton recruits in Shark, i think they are rare as i have almost 30 people but only 3 skeletons.Hungry Bandits will join for free, but will require you to have one a specific food item in your menu. If they want bread & you don't have it, you'll have to get bread & try again later. What specific item they want is random & changes from prisoner to prisoner. Swamp Ninjas are proud & need their ego stroked before they join your cause.To get the event to trigger you need to have 4 people or less, and have more than 200 cats. There are several other requirements, such as neither of you being slaves or in combat and such, but those are more about making sure it can't trigger in unusual situations. The important ones are the ones I mentioned.
