They just need a drop rate buff to equalize with the total exotics currently in the game compared to when lost sector farming was introduced 2+ years ago. It should sit at 50% legend and 75% master and those drops would feel rewarding enough without breaking bungie's imaginary exotic economy. Those are just the lost sector specific unlocks, anything in the daily slot will still drop. Once you acquire all the non-lost sector drops for that particular type of exotic e.g. chest piece, then you'll be able to get lost sector specific exotics. I don't think you see where Master says "Common" and Legend says "Rare". Master is a higher chance.
