A Strong-trait character occasionally benefits from having two bags (base 16 capacity), but that's a judgement call. Generally, one bag should be enough for most situations. You're not going to do this. People have bags in their homes, go figure, everyone needs to pack stuff sometimes. I find it incredibly immersion breaking that every house is bereft of bags now, even if a high percentage of knox inhabitants tried to pack up and leave (which in-game lore, they didn't) there'd still be some houses with some bags. ….
